What You’ll Do

• Connect & Build Relationships: You’ll be the face of Cy Rogers Partnership when it comes to building new partnerships. You’ll connect with companies, understand their needs, and evaluate how our Fractional CMO model can help them achieve their marketing goals.
• Sales Leadership: You’ll identify and engage with potential clients, lead conversations, and convert prospects into long-term partners. Your role will require a consultative sales approach, where you take the time to understand the challenges businesses are facing and provide them with the right solutions.
• Collaborate with Founders: You won’t just work for us—you’ll work with us. This role requires you to be in close collaboration with Cobb and Yasmin Rogers, shaping the direction of our partnerships and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care.
• Strategic Growth: As the Head of Partnerships, you’ll have a hand in shaping the future of Cy Rogers. Your insights and efforts will help us identify new opportunities for growth, and you’ll be rewarded with a structured commission on recurring sales.

• Sales Savvy: You’ve got a proven track record of success in sales, and you know how to convert interest into action. You’re strategic, thoughtful, and goal-oriented.
• Marketing Knowledge: Prior experience in a marketing agency or familiarity with the marketing industry is a big plus. You’ll need to understand the marketing landscape to help potential clients recognize the value of what we offer.
• Collaborative Spirit: You thrive on working closely with others and contributing to a small but fast-paced team. You’ll be at the heart of what we do and a key player in our success.

• Based in Santa Monica, CA
• Prior marketing agency experience is a plus
